Obituary

Paula Christine Ray, 72, of Ruidoso, NM., formerly of Austin, TX., passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at her residence. She was an office administrator for several large tech companies in Austin during her 30-year career. She loved gardening, dogs, live music, and the great outdoors. Paula also loved visiting with friends and family in Ruidoso, NM and Las Vegas, NV and especially enjoyed spending time with her two granddaughters.

Survivors include her son Christopher Ray, daughter-in-law Susan Ray and granddaughters Allison Ray and Madelyn Ray of Las Vegas, NV and many friends in Ruidoso, NM and Austin, TX.

Her favorite bible verse is from Psalm 37:5 – “Commit your way to the Lord; Trust in him and he will do this:  He will make your righteous reward shine like the dawn, your vindication like the noonday sun.”

A celebration of life is planned for Summer 2022 in Ruidoso.
