Jerry Max Widener

Jerry Widener, 86, beloved Husband, Father and Grandfather, was called to his eternal resting place on June 17, 2022. He entered this world on March 15, 1936 in Portales, NM, born to Marvin and Henry Lucille Widener.

Jerry always had a smile on his face and loved telling jokes. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years Colleen Widener; son Kim Widener; daughter Rebecca McDaniel; daughter Kendra Marquez; son-in-law Mark Marquez; six grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Calvary Chapel Church at 1:00 pm. A graveside service will follow on Friday, June 24, 2022 at the Portales Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
