Yovanne Lucero

Yovanne “Yo” Lucero passed away on October 28, 2019 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born April 29, 1967.

Yo, through the years, held numerous public service positions to include the positions of Operations Manager for State Treasurer of New Mexico, City Manager for the City of Elephant Butte, Mayor of Carrizozo, and Chief Deputy Assessor of Lincoln County.

Yo is survived by two children, Crystal and Jeremy Lucero, one granddaughter Isabel Lucero, brother Manfred Salas, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 2:00pm at the Salas Cemetery in Hondo, New Mexico.

Yo will be missed by all that knew her. Until we meet again……
