William Mcnutt

William (Bill) Edgar McNutt

Bill was born November 9, 1933 at Deming, New Mexico and passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 in Ruidoso, New Mexico. He grew up on their farm in Arrey, NM.

Bill served in the ☆ U.S. Army ☆ durng the Korean War and was later transferred to the ☆ National Guard ☆. He worked for the New Mexico State Hwy Dept. and retired from Phelps Dodge Mining Corp.

William lived a full life committed to supporting, loving and helping others. There was never a car problem or home appliance that he couldn't fix, or a call for help that he wouldn't answer.

He was a loving and caring husband and dad and a father figure to many. He loved spending time creatively cooking and baking for his loved ones. He was an incredible man who always focused on the things that mattered most.

After many miraculous recoveries from surgeries and heart problems, Bill passed away peacefully with his family by his side and went to be with Jesus.

He is survived by his wife Julia; son, Mark and daughter, Diana; his two brothers, Jimmy and Eddie and their spouses, Monique and Della; his five grandkids, Krystal, Jason, Rudy, Moriah and Alaitia; and his great grandkids Jay and Damien.

He is also survived by his wife's family who loved him like a brother, George and Lilly Sandoval, Melco Naranjo, Lisa and Dan Tressler & Martin and Clorinda Rael and several nieces and nephews.

His memorial service will be Saturday, July 15, at 2:00 P.M. in the First Southern Baptist Church of Ruidoso Downs.

He will be greatly ♡ missed ♡ by all.
