Wanda was born in Lubbock, Texas on April 16th, 1930, the eldest of two children bom to Mcna and Spurgeon Clark. She was a child of the Depression as they were bom to an itinerant father. While in Ruidoso she attended the First Baptist Church, volunteered for the Humane Society and shared many special times with family and friends.
