Trina Zamora

Trina Zamora, 94, of Capitan passed away Saturday, June 21, 2014 in El Paso, Texas. She was born October 13, 1919 in Capitan to Mariginia and Mateo Talavera who both precede her in death and has lived in Lincoln County all of her life. She has lived on the same corner in Capitan since she was 5 years old. She was a housewife, mother and grandmother. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Capitan.

Survivors include 12 children, Ruby Montoya, Archie Cannon, Ceil Chaffins, Rudy Zamora and his wife, Dolores, Gerty Montoya and her husband Monroy, Richard Zamora, Bonnie Chavez, Ora Duran her husband Bob, Grace Coyazo and her husband Richard, Bobby Zamora, Alice Tillotson and Trina Zamora 42 grandchildren, 77 great grandchildren, and 20 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death her husband, Boney Zamora in 1991 and her children, Bonifacio S. Zamora, Rolland Zamora and Barney Zamora.

Funeral mass will be Saturday, June 28, at 10:00 AM in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Capitan with burial to follow at Capitan Cemetery.
