Timothy Leon Bowden, passed away peacefully on May 12, 2026. Born on March 26, 1963, Tim was known throughout his life for his sharp wit, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to the things he loved.
Tim's formative years were spent in Crane, Texas, where he attended high school and participated passionately in the school's football team, graduating in 1981. His curiosity was matched by his love of the outdoors, where he found peace and vitality amidst nature’s ever-present beauty. These interests reflected his genuine enthusiasm for life and the simple pleasures that bring comfort and fulfillment.
Tim is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Sheila Hibbitts; sons, Shelby Bowden, and Nathan Bowden; daughter, Hannah Bowden; step daughter, Kali Radford; grandchildren, Landry Radford, Wade Radford, and Wyatt Radford; brother, Tony Bowden; sister, Gina Streety Tischler; and his beloved fur baby, Jackson. He is preceded in death by his parents, maternal grandparents, and paternal grandparents.
