Roy Parker Jr.

Roy Elbert Parker Jr., 84, of Capitan passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in Ruidoso. He was born March 8, 1930 at Paris, Kentucky. He moved to Lincoln County in the 1950s from Paris, Kentucky. Roy served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He is retired from the U.S. Forest Service.

He is survived by his children Mike Parker and his wife, Paula of Ransom, Kansas, Jana Townsend of Alto, Tim Parker of Arizona and Katie Marie Brophey of Louisville, Kentucky 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
