Mr. Parra passed away in Ruidoso on Sunday, November 6, 2011. He was born April 14, 1943 at Ysleta, Texas. He moved to Ruidoso in 1971 and was owneroperator of Parra Construction. He married Mary Lou on October 8, 1963 in Anbra, NM.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Lou 3 sons, Rudy Parra Jr. of Nixa, MO, Sammy Parra and Roman Parra both of Ruidoso 2 brothers, 6 sisters, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
