Robert Geronimo Jr.

Robert Geronimo Jr., 83, of Mescalero passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2014 in Mescalero. He was born August 11, 1931 at Mescalero and had lived there all of his life. He had worked at Cow Camp 1 before going to work for B.I.A. Roads Department, he retired after 37 years. He married Iris Marden in 1955 at Alamogordo.

He is survived by his wife, Iris children, Jonelle Geronimo, Belva Geronimo, Robert Lensen Geronimo, Neida Rose Geronimo, and Joleen Geronimo grandchildren, Jonita Rose Geronimo, Lauren Geronimo, Kristalynn Geronimo and Robert Samson Geronimo great grandchild, Wyatt Chee sister, Eva Ann Geronimo and brothers, Larry Geronimo and Teddy Rodriguez.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 5, at LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Ruidoso from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. The funeral mass will be Monday, October 6, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Josephs Mission with burial to follow the Whitetail Cemetery.
