Rick Garrett, 62, of Alto passed away on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at Lincoln County Medical Center in Ruidoso. He was born September 23, 1947 at Dallas, Texas.
Rick is survived by two daughters, Angela R. Tinney and Michelle Ruiz.
