Richard Alan Dixon, 62, of Alto passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 in Alto. He was born June 10, 1954 at Fairbanks, Alaska. He moved to Lincoln County in November of 2004 from Las Vegas, Nevada. He was a table games dealer at the Inn of the Mountain Gods Casino. He had worked at several casino's in Las Vegas and New Mexico in several capacities. He married Gigi on August 17, 2010 in Ruidoso.

He is survived by his wife, Gigi; his children, Colleen Hickl, Carrie Dixon-Young and David Dixon; a step son, James Allen Hughbanks; sisters, Charlotte Roth, Gay Dixon and Holly Kaminsky and 7 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, August 13, at 1:00 P.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints with burial to follow at Gavilan Canyon Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
