Raymond Carl Valdez was the youngest of four children born to Darrell Valdez Sr. and Caroline Valdez. Raymond attended and graduated Tularosa High School in 1996, joined the U.S. Marine Corps after graduation, attended Central Arizona College for Heavy Equipment in Casa Grande, AZ, then Artesia Training Center to obtain his CDL Employed with Ski Apache, BIA Forestry, Inn of the Mountain Gods and Mescalero Apache Head Starts where he was able to share his knowledge and skills.
