Ralph Kastner

Ralph Kastner, 91, of Ruidoso passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 in Albuquerque. He was born November 2, 1927 in Little Falls, Minnesota. He worked with civil service from 1949 until his retirement in 1986, he worked for the Department of the Army Pueblo Ordinance Depot and White Sands Missle Range Test Evaluation.

His funeral service will be Monday, December 31, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at Bent, NM with burial to follow at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Cemetery.
