BR A Celebration of Life for Peter Howard Benson, 71, of San Patricio will be Friday, July 20, at 5:00 PM at Lyn LaPort's residence. Mr. Benson passed away Monday, July 16, in Ruidoso. He was born August 25, 1935 in Martinez, California and moved to Lincoln County in 1997 from Palos Park, Illinois. He was owneroperator of Benson Fine Art Gallery since 1998. He married Judy Patterson in 1964 at San Francisco, California. He is survived by his wife, Judy Benson of San Patricio; a son Scott Conrad Benson of Alameda, California; a daughter, Cydney Voss of Chicago, Illinois; 4 grandchildren, Gunther Voss, Maxine Voss, Iisac Benson, and Johanna Benson.
