Owen Blackman

Owen Blackman, 63, of Nogal, NM passed away Friday, July 1, 2016. He was born December 17, 1952 in Amarillo, TX.

Owen moved to Lincoln County in August, 2015 from Graham, TX. He was retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He loved to fish, hunt and tinker with old cars and was an antique collector. He was a veteran of the Air Force. He married July on October 17, 2008 in Graham, TX.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Blackman; son, Jordan Lee Blackman; step-daughter, Allison Anne Summers and 4 grandchildren.
