Mr. Beltran passed away Wednesday, March 14, at his home in Carrizozo. He was born July 18, 1960 at Carrizozo and had lived there all of his life. He attended Santa Rita's Catholic Church in Carrizozo. He is survived by three sisters; Quirina Jaramillo, Mable Zamora and her husband Barney, and Frances Zamora and her husband Lee Roy all of Carrizozo; two brothers, Lorenzo Beltran of Carrizozo and Ernie Beltran of Albuquerque; his lifelong companion Albina Chavez of Carrizozo and numerous nieces and nephews.
