Memorial service for Norma Phillips, 75, of Ruidoso will be Friday, September 30, at 2:00 PM at the Ruidoso Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Joyce officiating.
Mrs. Phillips passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born May 27, 1936 at Frederick, Oklahoma. She moved to Ruidoso in 1973 from Littlefield, Texas. She was owneroperator of the Art and Flower Nook since 1973 and she loved to play the piano and had also taught piano. She attended the Ruidoso Baptist Church. She married Dwain Phillips on November 8, 1952 at Clovis, New Mexico.
She is survived by her husband Dwain son, Jay Phillips and his wife Donna 3 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Joey Phillips.
