Monica Lovato

Monica Jean Lovato, 49, of Lincoln, NM passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at her home. She was born November 17, 1965 at Springer, NM and had resided in Lincoln for the past 3 years moving from Albuquerque.

Monica graduated from Monzano High School and had worked for Albuquerque Public Schools. She loved to fish, ride horses and loved her dogs.

Monica is survived by her husband, Slavio Lovato; son, Jacob Lovato; 2 daughters, Cherise DeGraaf and her husband Gerald and Erica Baca; her parents, Henry and Patricia Vigil; brother, Victor Vigil; nieces, Anabela and Alissa Vigil.
Rosary service will be Tuesday, June 16, at 10:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church where the funeral mass will follow at 10:30 A.M. A reception will follow the service at the Parish Hall.

Monica fought the race and won her reward.
