Max Watson
December 1, 1931 — April 30, 2018
Max O. Watson, 86, of Carrizozo passed away Monday, April 30, 2018 at his home. He was born December 1, 1931 at Ralls, Texas and moved to Lincoln County in 1973 from Socorro, NM. He had worked as a Patrolman for the New Mexico State Police, New Mexico D.O.T. and Lincoln County Sheriff Department. He married Zillah Ruth Miracle on July 8, 1950 Los Lunas, NM.
He is survived by his wife, Zillah; three sons, Sanford O. Watson, Daniel W. Watson and J.D. Watson; 8 grandchildren, 3 great granddaughters; two brothers, Galen Watson and Donald Watson and a sister, Betty Truelock.
His memorial service will be Thursday, May 24, at 10:30 A.M. at the Carrizozo Assembly of God Church.
