Mary Hargis

Mary Hargis passed into the hands of our Lord and Savior Sunday April 28^th 2024. Mary was born to Milton and Wilma Savoie on July 20, 1958 in Lockport, Louisiana. Mary was 65 years old. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Steven Hargis; her brother, Tony Savoie; nieces, Fawn and Tiffany Savoie; sister-in-law, Valerie Delano; brother-in-law, Dwayne Delano; nephew, Joshua Delano; nieces, Randi Gail Delano and Rhiannon Delano Castillo; and mother-in-law, Jo Nell Hargis. Mary was raised in Cutoff, Louisiana. She, and her husband are both from south Louisiana. Mary loved to travel, shop for treasures, was an avid reader, loved good-music, and enjoyed Cajun-Style seafood. Mary and her husband worked in the middle-east for 28 years returning to their vacation home in Ruidoso to retire and enjoy life in Ruidoso's cool mountain climate.
