Funeral service for Martha Jane Chino, 69, of Mescalero will be Saturday, Oct. 11, at 10:00 AM in the Mescalero Reformed Church with burial to follow at the Mescalero BRCemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Bob Schut. Ms. Chino passed away Thursday, Oct. 9, in Ruidoso. She was born April 1, 1939 at Mescalero and had lived there all of her life. She was a homemaker and attended the Mescalero Reformed Church. Survivors include her daughter, Ruby Chino Rivera; a sister, Joyce Chino Stern; grandchildren, Rory Walter Apachito and his wife, Alicia and Victoria Jane Rivera; three great grandchildren, Mikayla, Elsa, and Rihanna Apachito; two nephews, Donnell and Daniel McFadden.
