Mae Bell Padilla

Mae Bell Padilla, age 78, of Capitan, NM, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 15, 2024. A longtime resident of Capitan, Mae was born on January 4, 1946, in Oklahoma, to Clarence and Goldie McClarty. Mae is one of twelve siblings.

She is survived by her two sons, Anthony Padilla, and Troy Padilla; and by her grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Mae was a wonderful and supportive mother and grandmother. She embodied the best qualities of unconditional love, compassion, strength, and generosity. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to family and friends for their sympathy and support during this time of loss.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no services as per request of Mae.

And the dust returns to the ground it came from and the spirit returns to God who gave it: Ecclesiastes 12:7
