Luis A. Martinez of Ruidoso Downs passed away January 11, 2013 in Ruidoso. Luis was born June 21, 1942 in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, Mexico. Luis was a long time resident of the RuidosoRuidoso Downs area, a place he loved.
Luis is survived by his beloved wife, Betty and their three sons, a step daughter and seven beautiful grandchildren.
A private memorial for family and friends will be announced at a later date.
