Loraine Justice
September 4, 1925 — January 15, 2007
She was born September 4, 1925 in Mountain Home, Arkansas where she grew up until moving to Levelland, Texas then to El Paso before moving Ruidoso in 1989. She was a member of the High Sierra Water Association and Owneroperator of Sierra Mattress Co. She was a loving mother to her children, Ron Vaughan, Baxter Vaughan and Kerry Lou Rukas; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren and was a friend to many and will be missed by all. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Justice; a sister, Lucille Huey and her parents, Daisy and Noah Huey.
