Leo Mccaslin

Leo Elmer McCaslin, 93, of Ruidoso passed away on Monday, November 5, 2018. He was born January 24, 1925 at Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Leo served in the Army during World War II. He worked for Southwestern Bell Company for 20 years as an engineer. He moved to Ruidoso 33 years ago from the Dallas area and was a member of the Elk's Lodge and the American Legion Post in Capitan.

Services for Leo will be held at a later date.
