Kendall V "Bunker" Perryman passed away on October 5th at the age of 64. A resident of Ruidoso since 1963, Kendall worked at the Village of Ruidoso Water Department as a Supervisor for 31 years before retiring in 2018. He loved being outdoors, hiking, reading, and learning and sharing the history of Ruidoso and New Mexico. Ken was always happy, enjoyed being with family and friends, and was loved by all who knew him. He was a gentle and honest soul who was always loyal to his job, family, and friends. Ken was a protector of nature, guardian of the land, and compassionate caregiver. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife Brenda, son Scott, brother Kelly (Dolly), sister Kristi (Ken), Brother-in-Law Ronnie (Terri), grandchildren Crystal and Kylea, three great-grandchildren, and nieces Kelly Jo, Katie, Kim, and Amy. A memorial in celebration of his life will be held Saturday, October 12th, 1:00 PM, at his home on 212 Wagon Trail in Ruidoso. In his honor, please help someone in need and take more moments to smile.
