Kathy Wheeler

She had lived in Lincoln County all of her life. She was a homemaker and attended Santa Rita's Catholic Church. She married Stan Wheeler on November 10, 1973 in Carrizozo. She is survived by her husband, Stan of Carrizozo; her children, Stephanie Bowden of Alto, Jennifer Perez of Ruidoso Downs; 4 grandchildren, A.J. Bowden, Jonah Bowden, Juan Chavez and Leo Chavez; her parents, Aron and Isabel Portio of Carrizozo; brothers and sisters, Rosie Ruiz, dorothy O'Brien, Julie Scott, Joe Portio, Mary Mora, Jimmy Portio, and Sharon Vigil.
