Joseph Bailey

While in New Orleans he marched with Pete Fountain in the Mardi Gras Parade, marched with the Sheriff's Department in Saint Patrick's Day Parade, and he worked for American Saw and Manufacturing for 32 years retiring on August 1, 1994. He moved to Ruidoso in 1996 from New Orleans. He married Odester Bentley on May 30, 1981 at New Orleans. He is survived by his wife, Odester of Ruidoso; daughter, Kathy Ann Boyington of New Orleans; daughter-in-law, Abigail Bailey of Houston; 4 grandchildren, Ricky Vogt and Meaghan Bailey both of Houston, Kaitlin Boyington of New Orleans and Erin Bailey of Louisiana and 4 great grandchildren. A step-daughter, Laurie Elaine Wilburn of Houston; 3 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Bruce Bailey and Joey Bailey.
