Jo Ratliff

She was born November 18, 1924 at Wills Point, Texas and moved to Ruidoso in 1984 from El Paso. She was a homemaker and a very active member of the First Baptist Church in Ruidoso. She married Lee Ratliff on February 24, 1943 at Dallas, Texas. Survivors include her husband, Lee of Alto; two sons, Gary Ratliff of Las Cruces and Stephen Ratliff of Plano, Texas; a daughter, Susan Taylor of Tucson, Arizona; 4 grandchildren, Roi ratliff, Derrik Ratliff, Valery Ratliff, and Lee Taylor; and 7 great grandchildren.
