She passed away Friday, December 17, 2010 in Ruidoso. She was born December 23, 1938 in Pampa, Texas to Ray and Ozelle Westmoreland. She moved to Ruidoso 11 years ago from Breckenridge, Texas and was a retired accountant.
She is survived by her children Amber Hicks of Ruidoso Downs, Terri Royston of Ruidoso Downs, and Billy Green of Wickenburg, Arizona and all of their families.
