James Biggs

He was a Detective for the Ruidoso Police Department and worked for the Department since October, 1988. He was one of the founders and a current board member for Lincoln County Crimestoppers. He also was a EMT for the Alto Ambulance and former manager of KRRR and KREE Radio Station in Ruidoso. He served as a Navy Seal during Vietnam. He married Jolene on August 22, 1984 in Ruidoso. He is survived by his wife, Jolene of Ruidoso; son, David Alan Biggs of Dallas, Texas; daughter, Jamie Lynn Biggs of Dallas, Texas; son, Joe David Laubhan and his wife Crystal of Dallas, Texas; son, Aaron Lee Laubhan and his wife Sandy of Las Cruces; his brother, Bobby Biggs and his wife Sue of Deming; sister, Geri Vantine of Las Cruces; 6 grandchildren, Hayden, Makenzie, Addyson, Alara, Austin and Jonah.
