Jay Bailey, 58, of Ruidoso passed away Tuesday, May 26, in Ruidoso. He was born July 23, 1950 at Levelland, Texas. He worked at Foxworth-Galbrath Lumber Co. No services are planned at this time and a Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date this summer.
