Howard Wetzel Jr.

Howard Wetzel Jr., 78, of Lake Charles, Louisiana and formerly of Lincoln County passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017. He was born October 29, 1938 at Admire, Kansas. He moved to Lincoln County in the early 1960's and had lived here most of his life. He worked for El Paso Natural Gas for 40 years.

He is survived by his children; Eric Wetzel, Zondra Pittman and Sara Hernandez; sisters, Juanitta Harriman, Darlene Selby and Joyce Skaggs; 8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lucy and Howard Wetzel Sr.; brothers, Chuck Wetzel and Harold Wetzel; sister, Edna Donaghey and a daughter, Sherry Wetzel.

Graveside service will be Monday, August 14, at 10:00 A.M. in the Cedarvale Cemetery in White Oaks, NM with Paul Wetzel officiating.
