Gloria Chavez

Gloria A. Chavez, 53, of Ruidoso Downs passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 at her home. She was born April 20, 1962 at Tularosa, New Mexico to Librido and Simplico Rocha. She moved to Lincoln County in 2001 from Estancia, New Mexico. She married Pat G. Chavez in 1995 at Estancia, New Mexico.

She is survived by her husband, Pat; children, Anna Marie Lara, Joe L. Garcia and Lisa Urban; 7 grandchildren, Kayla, Domonique, Gary, Nathaniel, Isabel, Xzavier and Destiney; brothers and sisters, Mary Sedillo, Bertha Moreland, Cruzita Valdez, Terri Utter, Mari Tony Corona and Alfonso Rocha. She is preceded in death by Lucy Lucero, Roy Provencio, Sonny Rocha and Tommy Rocha.

The rosary will be Wednesday, January 13, at 9:30 A.M. at St. Eleanor's Catholic Church where the funeral mass will be at 10:00 A.M.
