Gabrielle Lynn Wanoskia

Gabrielle Lynn Wanoskia, 51, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 3, 2026. She was born on January 1, 1975, in El Paso, Texas, to the late Marilyn Hornedeagle and Galbert Wanoskia.

Gabrielle was a strong and determined woman who dedicated much of her life to caring for others. She worked for several years as a nursing assistant and was continuing her education in college, pursuing courses in Medical Diagnostic Sonography. Her drive to learn and grow reflected her deep desire to build a better future for herself and her family.

She was a loving mother to Kielynn Magooshboy, Darian Magooshboy, the late Blaise Kiel Magooshboy Jr., and Uriah Hornedeagle. Gabrielle was also a proud and devoted grandmother to Amias Trujillo, Draydin Rocha, Liam Hornedeagle, Roman Hornedeagle, and Zeniyah Hornedeagle. She is also survived by her siblings, Joanne Hornedeagle and Sonny Wanoskia.

Gabrielle had a passion for life and enjoyed many hobbies, including crafting, photography, traveling, and cruising on her Harley. Above all, she cherished spending time with her grandchildren and family. She was known for her loving heart, quick sense of humor, intelligence, and strength.

To those who knew her, Gabrielle was the glue that held her family together. She loved deeply, fought through life's challenges with courage, and always wanted the very best for the people she cared about. Her strength, laughter, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those whose lives she touched.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at the Mescalero Gymnasium. Burial services will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.

Following the burial, family and friends are invited to gather back at the Mescalero Gymnasium for a potluck to share food, memories, and fellowship in celebration of Gabrielle's life.

Gabrielle's memory will live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and all who knew and loved her.
