Eulojio F. Otero, 82, of Capitan passed away on Wednesday, May 23, in Ruidoso. He was born October 1, 1935 at Reventon, NM and had lived in Lincoln County all of his life. He worked at Ft. Stanton Hospital for 40 years and he attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He is survived by his brother, Hermenio Otero; niece, Barbara Sanchez and her husband Raymond; great nephew, Ronnie Sanchez and great niece, Kateri Sanchez Carpenter.
