Eddi Valenzuela

Eddi Noris Valenzuela was born on May 6th, 1985, to his mother Maria Valenzuela and his father Jose Angel Valenzuela. He attended Hondo Valley Public School where he met and married his high school sweetheart Angelica Valenzuela welcoming a son, Nathaniel Valenzuela and a daughter, Aaliyah Valenzuela and later in life being blessed with the opportunity to provide nurture in the upbringing of another son, Amacio Chavez.

Through 20 years of service, training and education serving in the United States Army/United States Army Reserves, Eddi proved that determination and hard work was all in a day’s work always taking accountability and providing a solution to a problem that had yet to reveal itself.

Eddi was a devoted and dedicated father, brother and friend who was always ready to lend a helping hand. Eddi lived every day to the fullest, greeting all he met with his bright and invigorating smile. Whether Eddi was walking into a room with one person or a room full of people, his personality showed through making everyone comfortable and in the end gaining a lifelong friend.

Eddi not only leaves behind his wife, Angelica Valenzuela, two beloved sons, Nathaniel Valenzuela and Amacio Chavez, a precious daughter, Aaliyah Valenzuela, caring sisters Alma Noris and Raquel Noris and compassionate brothers Angel Valenzuela and Jesus Ernesto Guzman as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, he leaves behind everlasting love for his family and friends, memories of a great man who showed resilience and humility and an exceptional legacy. He is preceded in death by both his mother and father and sister Eva Cortez.
