Doris Bitsie, 89, of Mescalero passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in Ruidoso. She was born December 26, 1929 in Lawton, Oklahoma and was a longtime resident of Mescalero.
She is survived by her son, Lyman Peso; granddaughter, Janessa Shendo and many nieces and nephews.
Her prayer service will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at the Mescalero Apache Assembly of God Church at 6:00 P.M. where the funeral will be on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery.
