Mr. Parks passed away January 2, 2015 in Ruidoso. He was born January 8, 1957 at Honolulu, Hawaii. He moved to Ruidoso from El Paso in 1997. He was an avid Star Trek fan, loved drag racing and was a retired automotive mechanic. He married Penny Burger on December 31, 1979 at El Paso, Texas.
