Dan Lee Warner, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2026, in El Paso Texas. He was born on January 14, 1949, in Grand Forks, North Dakota, the son of Leo and Gene Warner.
Dan grew up on the family farm in Pembina, North Dakota. His career was spent in the manufacturing sector, working at Motor Coach Ind., Steiger Tractor, and Transportation Manufacturing Corp. Dan had three loving children. He married his wife Barbara on October 22, 1988, in Roswell, New Mexico and welcomed his three stepchildren with open arms. In 2007 he retired and they built a home in the mountains of Ruidoso, New Mexico, where they spent many happy years.
His favorite pastime was reading, and he always had two Kindles going. Dan was a kind and gentle soul who had an amazing attitude no matter what life threw at him. He dearly loved his family and was always grateful for all who helped him with his medical conditions. He will be missed more than words can ever say.
