Chris Osborne

Funeral service for Chris Osborne, 18, of Ruidoso will be Thursday, Nov. 8, at 4:00 PM in the First Baptist Church with the Rev. Doug Ledbetter of Alamogordo officiating. Cremation will follow the services. Chris passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, in Otero County from injuried sustained in a motor vehicle accident. He was born February 14, 1989 in Alamogordo. He moved to Ruidoso with his family one year ago from Tucson, Arizona. He graduated from Ruidoso High School in May, 2007 and was attending Eastern New Mexico University in Ruidoso and was working at Border Stop Ski Shop. Chris had a love for skate boarding. He is survived by his parents, Mark and Christine Osborne of Ruidoso; his sister, Danielle Osborne of Ruidoso; grandparents, John and Alma Osborne of Alamogordo, Dolores Avina of Ruidoso, Arturo Sanchez of El Paso, and Sidney Stephens of Tularosa; great grandparents, Mable Janes of Alamogordo and Margarita Sanchez of El Paso and many other family and friends.
