Charles Hodges

Chuck Hodges, 83, of Ruidoso Downs, NM passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016 at his home. He was born February 7, 1933 at Wheaton, IL. He moved his family to Lincoln County in 1994 from Bosque Farms, NM.

Chuck loved to laugh, was an avid hunter, fisherman and loved to take his family camping. His greatest source of pride was the accomplishments of his children. He married Vera Blackdeer in Rockton, IL.

He is survived by his wife, Vera; his daughter, Beth Allyson and son Patrick; a sister, Carol Ann.

A Gathering of Friends will be Sunday, October 2, at 4:00 PM at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church with the funeral service at 5:00 PM.
