Charles Beck

Prayer service for Ray Beck, 44, of Mescalero will be Sunday, Jan. 20, at 6:00 PM in St. Joseph's Mission with the funeral mass on Monday, Jan. 21, at 10:00 AM also in St. Joseph's Mission. Burial will follow at the Mescalero Cemetery. Mr. Beck passed away Monday, Jan. 14, in Albuquerque. He was born January 25, 1963 in Mescalero and had lived there all of his life. He was very involved with the Mescalero Rodeo every year, was a conservation officer with a marksmanship certificate among many he has received. He attended St. Joseph's Mission. He is survived by 5 children, Kawauney Beck, Hunter Beck, Desirae Beck, Raiden Martinez-Sundayman, and Athena Martinez-Sundayman; parents, Larry and Lucille Beck; his grandmother, Mary Sundayman; two brothers, James Sundayman and Billy Beck; two grandchildren, Veronica Beck-Ruiz and Xavier Zarate-Ruiz and was preceded in death by a sister, Veronica Sundayman.
