Cesar Gomez

Cesar (CJ) M. Gomez, born on July 29, 1993, passed on Friday, September 16, 2016, at the age of 23. He joins his beloved Grandmother Kathryn Olvera and Uncle Miguel Gomez. CJ is survived by his parents Cesar L. Gomez and Veronica Olvera Gomez, his older sister Katie, younger brother Alex, and his grandparents Lt. Colonel Jesus Gomez, Raquel Gomez, and Trinidad Olvera. On his father's side he is survived by his uncles Fernando, Alejandro, and aunt Y Aracely Gomez. On his mother's side he is survived by his uncles Cesar, Juan, Francisco and his aunts Amy, Angie, and Elizabeth Olvera. He leaves behind a vast, loving network of family and friends who will forever cherish and miss him greatly.

CJ enjoyed sharing stories around a campfire and hiking to see sunsets. He always believed in everyone and had a way of encouraging others and making them feel special. No matter the time or place, CJ was always willing to help, listen, and cheer one up with his beautiful smile and heartwarming laugh. He was an amazingly kind spirit with a big loving heart and his wonderful hugs will be sorely missed.

Visitation will be on Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 9:30 A.M. until 11: 00 AM at LaGrone Funeral Chapel. The rosary will be at 7:30 PM Thursday, at St. Eleanor's Catholic Church. On Friday, September 23, 2016 funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM at St. Eleanor's Catholic Church. The family would like to invite those who wish to pay their respects to any one of these services.
