Carolyn Adams

Susie Adams, 60, of Ruidoso Downs passed away Friday, April 24, 2015 in Ruidoso Downs. She was born September 5, 1954 at Artesia, California.

She moved to Lincoln County three years ago from Roswell. She was a volunteer at the Humane Society of Lincoln County and a small dog park was dedicated in her honor at the Humane Society of Lincoln County Animal Shelter called "Susie's Park".

She is survived by three sons, Chad Adams of Ruidoso Downs, Brandon Adams of Magnolia, Delaware and Steven Boydstun of The Colony, Texas; one brother and four sisters, Don Fletcher and his wife Judy of Roswell, Betty Palmer of Ft. Worth, TX, Sherry Adams of Roswell, Patricia Watson and her husband Glen of Ruidoso Downs and Mary Ann Adams of Ruidoso; 4 grandchildren and she was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Adams.

The family has requested memorials to the Humane Society of Lincoln County.

Private services will be held.
