Another angel has earned her wings, Billie Teresa Goodman, known to many as "T", Little T, baby T, baby girl has gone to be with her grandpa and her beloved horse Chipper. She passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2018 in Lincoln, New Mexico. She was born November 29, 1988 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She lived there until 1995 when she moved to Capitan, New Mexico with her mother and her grandparents Robert (Bob) and Margaret Woodard.
She was loved by so many and will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Her passion in life was to help others, especially animal rights and domestic violence victims. She loved horses, horsepower and fishing.
She graduated in 2007 from Capitan High School in Capitan, New Mexico. She attended NMSU where she graduated in 2011. Her passions was being a true cowgirl following in her grandfather when working cattle, fixing fence, pleasure rides in the mountains and trail rides. She loved being in 4H, raising and showing LaMancha Dairy Goats. She chose a career in advocating for Domestic and Violence Abuse victims. She was working on getting her Master Degree in Counseling.
She is survived by her husband, Vincent Williams, mother, Teresa Woodard, grandmother, Margaret Woodard, mother-in-law, Betty J. Williams (Mommy), her "bestie", Stanley Williams, brother-in-law Deric Williams, nieces, Nikayla nad Marin, cousins Billy Cantrell Jr , Shirley & Clinton James, Carol & Bob Shelton, Geri Davis, Steve & Sharon Grimes, Pam & Dave Gordon, Bobby Cantrell, Benjamin Cantrell, Aunt Phyllis & Billy Cantrell. her two pits and minpin, Chevy, Furrari and Niggles, and numerous other family members and friends whose lived she touched through work, school and life, at the top of her list was her soul mate Justin Riley.
Celebration of Life service will be Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 10:00am at Billy The Kid Pageant grounds in Lincoln, New Mexico
In lieu of flowers please make donations to "Little T's Memorial Fund", set up at Washington Federal Bank or checks can be mailed to: PO Box 554 Capitan, NM 88316.
Donations will be used for her passion to support domestic violence abuse programs and animal abuse programs.
