Betty Hester

Memorial service for Betty Jo Hester, 80, of Ruidoso will be Friday, June 7, at 10:00 AM at LaGrone Funeral Chapel in Ruidoso.

Mrs. Hester passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 in Albuquerque. She was born August 6, 1932 at Nocona, Texas to Maria and Hal Brown Sr. She moved to Ruidoso in 1983 from Pecos, Texas.

She is survived by her adopted daughter, Kathy Hoyt 3 brothers, James Brown of Roswell, NM, Hal Brown Jr. of Orange, TX, and Seth Paul Brown of Atlanta, GA a sister, Joy Ray of Brownsville, TX.

She was preceded in death by her husband, N.C. Hester on Novemer 13, 1995 and by a brother, Ken Brown.
