Allen Jones

Allen Ray Jones 62 of Alamogordo New Mexico went to be with the Angels on Friday December 22nd, 2017 in Ruidoso, New Mexico.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday January 6th, 2018 at the Elks Lodge, 609 US-70, in Ruidoso, New Mexico at 2:00 P.M., with a potluck to follow.

Allen was born in Alamogordo, NM to Royce D Jones and Marga Lou (Bradley) Jones on May 12th ,1955. He married the love of his life Gail on May 2nd, 1980. They made their home in Alamogordo and later moved to the cool pines of Ruidoso. Allen worked in Construction for most of his life till later doing retail sales. He loved Fishing, Hunting and spending time with his family and friends. His most favorite was watching his grandsons race dirt bikes.

Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Marga, Nephew Brian Jones, Uncles Pat L Bradley, Robert V Jones, Ray Jones and his Aunt Pearl (Jones) Makinson.

Allen is survived by his wife Gail Jones of Ruidoso, Two daughters, Jackie and her husband Ronnie Higgins, Jessica Jones and her fiancé Chris Leigh. Grandchildren Gage & Jody Harcrow, Cynthia & Ronnie Higgins. His father Royce D Jones, two brothers Robert Jones & Brad Jones. Nephews Ronnie Jones & Rusty Baker, niece Stephanie Baker. Many Uncles, Aunts, cousins, great nephews and nieces, and the most wonderful friends.

We would like to thank everyone for all the love and support during this time. He was a great man and will be missed by all.
